Website monitoring plan
This plan describes the parameters against which the Goa Human Rights Commission monitors this website, the frequency of monitoring, and the corrective action taken when an issue is detected.
1. Objective
Continuous monitoring keeps the site reliable, accessible and safe for citizens. The objective is to detect problems quickly and to resolve them within defined timelines.
2. Parameters monitored

| Content currency | Per the Content Review Policy | Every page reviewed within its defined cycle |
3. Tools and techniques
- Automated uptime probes from multiple regions
- Server access logs reviewed for error rates and unusual traffic patterns
- Automated link checkers run against the production site
- Automated accessibility scanners (axe-core, Lighthouse) supplemented by manual screen-reader testing
- Vulnerability scanning by a CERT-In empanelled auditor
4. Issue response

5. Reporting
A monthly monitoring report is prepared by the Web Information Manager and reviewed by the Member Secretary, Goa Human Rights Commission. The report records uptime, incidents, accessibility scan results and content reviews completed.
