RTI
The Right to Information Act, 2005 empowers citizens to seek information from public authorities. The Goa Human Rights Commission has designated the following officers under the Act.

How to file an RTI application
An application under the RTI Act may be submitted to the Public Information Officer along with the prescribed fee. If you are not satisfied with the response, or do not receive a response within the statutory period, you may file an appeal with the First Appellate Authority.
